Sairung is from the Lahu ethnic group and migrated from Myanmar. She is a cheerful girl who loves to laugh, studies hard, and helps her mother take care of her younger siblings. Her favorite subject is the Thai language, and she enjoys running as her favorite sport.  In the future, she wants to become a doctor. In the past, the father struggled with drug use and sought treatment in Fang. After that, they moved to live at Mit Samphan Tad Noi Church. The parents do not have official identification, so they cannot work elsewhere. The church has been helping them apply for Thai citizenship for over a year, and they are currently waiting for their names to be listed so they can obtain Thai ID cards.
