Pla is a shy and sweet little girl. Her family migrated from Myanmar. Her Thai language skills are not yet fully developed, but she loves learning Thai and enjoys writing. At home, she helps her mother fetch water for washing dishes because their village has no public water resources. The family livelihood depends on farming, which only generates a small annual income.
